Message Is of course longer... but they have the same:

frame
suspension
engine
transmissions
steering
brakes
blah
blah
blah

Difference, sheet metal and interior design...

G35c is a 2+2 350z. G35s, is a 4 door slightly underpowered 350z. But in all honesty, the G35c and 350z have much more in common than the G35s and 350z. G35s has more in common with the Nissan Altima frame/structure wise... But they're all based on the same FM platform... Nissan has used the FM platform to build the...

2002 Nissan Altima
2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan
2003 Nissan 350Z
2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe
2003 Nissan Murano
2003 Infiniti FX35/45

So they all share parts/components...

Also gets you thinking about the fact that the FX45 with the 4.5L V8 fits nicely in the FM platform... and it also has AWD, as do some of the Nissan Skylines in Japan... So, having a 400HP AWD V8 G35 Coupe (GT-R possibly) not all that much of a fairy tale... something to think about.
